These Terms and Conditions (the “Articles”) govern the use of this online website (the “Site”). The Site operates as a digital intermediary whereby individuals submit information via an online form and the operator of the Site contacts third‑party clinics on their behalf. By accessing the Site or submitting information, you (the “Enquirer”) agree to be bound by these Articles.
The Site acts solely as an introducer and administrative facilitator. Completion of the online form (the “Schedule of Particulars”) constitutes a request for the Site operator to contact Partner Clinics and Sister Companies on the Enquirer’s behalf. The Site does not itself provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical services.
Information supplied within the Schedule of Particulars shall be transmitted to selected Partner Clinics and Sister Companies for the purposes of assessing suitability, arranging appointments, and providing related information. Such transmission is undertaken on the Enquirer’s instruction and in good faith.
Partner Clinics and Sister Companies are independent legal and clinical entities. Any treatment, appointment, or clinical decision is the sole responsibility of the relevant Partner Clinic. No contract for clinical services is formed between the Enquirer and the Site.
Where payment is required prior to an appointment, the Site may issue a payment link via Stripe on behalf of the relevant Partner Clinic or as an administrative agent. All sums are payable in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated. Processing of payments is subject to Stripe’s own terms and conditions.
Full payment must be made prior to the clinic appointment. Any claims for reimbursement from an insurer must be submitted by the Enquirer directly to their insurance provider and are made entirely at the Enquirer’s own responsibility.
Where insurance cover is indicated, it remains the Enquirer’s sole responsibility to obtain prior authorisation and to confirm the extent of coverage directly with their insurer. The Site does not guarantee that insurance will be accepted by any Partner Clinic.
Refunds, where applicable, shall be administered via Stripe. Eligibility for refunds is determined in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms and the circumstances of the appointment. The Site reserves the right to deduct non‑recoverable processing fees where permitted by law. Your 14 day cooling off period is revoked as this is a service tied to a specific date. All refunds must be requested via info@minoroperations.co.uk.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment, or cancellation made within 48 working hours of the appointment time (a “Default of Attendance”), directly with the treating clinic will result in the appointment being charged in full.
Exceptions may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: failure to treat on the clinic’s behalf, medical unsuitability, sudden illness or hospitalisation, or immediate family bereavement. In such cases, appropriate evidence may be required before any refund is reviewed or processed.
Submission of a Schedule of Particulars does not guarantee referral or acceptance. An Enquirer may be deemed unsuitable for referral or treatment at the discretion of Partner Clinics, without obligation to provide detailed reasoning.
Enquirers located outside the United Kingdom acknowledge that additional legal, regulatory, or logistical requirements may apply. The Site accepts no responsibility for compliance with overseas obligations.
Any feedback, testimonials, or commentary submitted (the “Observations”) may be used by the Site for service improvement, audit, or promotional purposes, subject to anonymisation where required by law.
The Site is powered by Aqlios, which provides technical infrastructure only and bears no responsibility for clinical or commercial matters.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Site forms part of the wider Aqlios corporate structure and may be owned, operated, or administered by an affiliated entity within that structure. Accordingly, information submitted through the Site may be accessed, processed, stored, and otherwise utilised by Aqlios and its associated or group entities for the purposes of administration, compliance, operational management, quality assurance, service development, and related business activities.
By completing and submitting any enquiry or registration form via the Site, the Enquirer acknowledges and agrees that Aqlios and its affiliated entities may use the information provided to facilitate, introduce, or otherwise make available services offered by other businesses owned, controlled, or operated within the Aqlios group, where such services are considered relevant to the Enquirer’s request. Any such processing or internal sharing shall be undertaken in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and internal governance frameworks.
Nothing in these Articles shall exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to the foregoing, the Site acts solely as an introducer and administrative intermediary and accepts no liability for clinical advice, treatment outcomes, acts or omissions of Partner Clinics, appointment availability, or suitability determinations. The Enquirer acknowledges that any reliance placed upon information provided via the Site is at their own discretion.
The Site may collect health-related information for the sole purpose of onward referral. Any ranking, comparison, or ordering of Partner Clinics is generated using non-clinical criteria only, including price, publicly available reviews, and geographic location. Such rankings do not constitute medical advice, clinical endorsement, or a recommendation as to the appropriateness of treatment.
The Site operates a non-discriminatory approach in the provision of its services. Decisions regarding clinical suitability, reasonable adjustments, and accessibility requirements are the sole responsibility of the relevant Partner Clinic.
The Site shall not be liable for any failure or delay arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, public health emergencies, strikes, system failures, or closure of Partner Clinics. Responsibility for service continuity and clinical delivery remains with the relevant Partner Clinic.
The Enquirer agrees not to submit false, misleading, or unlawful information, nor to misuse the Site in a manner that disrupts its operation or causes harm to third parties. The Site reserves the right to suspend or refuse access where misuse is identified.
